Landscape gardening takes three main forms: greenscape, hardscape and waterscape
Greenscape
This includes the lawn and trees, but also flower beds, bushes and hedges. To maintain a healthy greenscape, you need to do things like mow the lawn and water the plants regularly.
Hardscape
Hardscaping can include things like walkways, patios and even ponds. If you have a swimming pool in your garden, that's part of your hardscape too!
Waterscape
It's all about water features. This includes ponds and fountains as well as small waterfalls and streams that connect ponds or other areas of your garden.
