- Services

- Payment
3.1 We accept payment by cash, cheque, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.
3.2 If payment is not made in accordance with these terms, we reserve the right to charge interest at the rate of 8% plus the Bank of England base rate.
- Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 If you wish to cancel the services, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.
4.2 If you cancel the services after we have commenced work, we will charge you for any work already carried out.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel the services at any time if we are unable to provide the services due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Liability
5.1 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any delays in the provision of our services, or by any failure to provide the services due to circumstances beyond our control.
5.2 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any defects in the materials or equipment used in the provision of our services, provided that such defects are not due to our negligence.
5.3 Our liability for any other loss or damage arising from our provision of the services shall be limited to the total cost of the services.
- Confidentiality
6.1 We will keep all information relating to you confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or is necessary in connection with the provision of the services.
- General
7.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all previous agreements or understandings.
7.2 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
7.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
